WARRANTY

All jewellery come with a 30 day warranty except for any plated items.

 

Warranty is effective from date of purchase and  any products due to manufacturing fault or defects in materials within the period. Proof of original sales receipt is required for all warranty claims.

 

The outcome of warranty is at discretion of SkukanA Creates.

 

Our warranty does not cover damage or loss, chain breakage, general wear and tear including tarnishing, scratching and fading of plating, mishandling or neglect. Warranty is also void if attempts of repairs are made.

 

Customer will bear all shipping and postage costs.
